1. Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice

If you believe that material available on this website infringes your copyright, please send a written notice to contact@example.com that includes all of the following:

• Your full name, address, telephone number and email address.
• A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
• The exact URL (web address) of the page on SoftArena containing the material you claim is infringing.
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent or the law.
• A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner’s behalf.

2. Our Response

Valid and complete notices are processed as quickly as possible — in most cases within 48 hours. If a claim is verified, the disputed file or link is removed or disabled and the uploader is notified where applicable.

3. Counter-Notification

If your material was removed as a result of a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification containing the same required information, together with a statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the appropriate court. Every counter-notification is reviewed in good faith.

4. Repeat Infringers

We reserve the right to remove content and restrict access for users who are repeat infringers.
